4.We will cope with request for disclosure from the person about the personal information of the customer about request for disclosure of the personal information. Request for disclosure should be request by the mail.

 

5.We accept the request for corrections of the personal information from a customer about a correction, suspension, deletion. In addition, request should be request by the mail.
