１．Purpose of the reduction of capital

　　I prepare for a capital policy to promote mobile and high rate-like administration. 

２．Sum of the capital which should decrease

　　I let you decrease by sum 93.8 million of 183.8 million yen of the capital and assume it 90,000,000 yen.

３．Method of the reduction of capital

　　I change the total amount of sum 93,800,000 yen of the decreasing capital to a capital reserve without changing the issued stock total number.
