From Order to Product Shipment
STEP 1 Estimate - Concept design

STEP 2 Mold design/mold production
Based on the concept design, we carry out mold design and production.
We make full use of our group's specialized bases (domestic and overseas) to provide the best dies in terms of delivery time, cost, and quality.

STEP 3 Prototype to mass production
We will determine the optimal molding conditions for stable mass production, conduct trials, and submit certified samples and measurement data.
After receiving product approval from the customer, mass production and shipping will take place at the production facility agreed upon at the time of ordering.

Concept Design

We schedule the date from when we receive a formal order from the customer to when the final product is certified.
Next, we develop a basic concept for the mold structure that will produce the product under optimal conditions, and create a specification sheet that includes the gate method, product removal method, cavity and runner layout, etc., and send these to the mold design department, which is the next process.

Molding System
The quality of molded products depends on the stability of the molding process. Cam has developed a system that monitors molding conditions and abnormalities in peripheral equipment, and can stock only OK products within the set values for 48 hours. This system (Cam Stocker) is the foundation of Cam's unmanned continuous operation and PPM quality assurance.
